What they built
Every file gets its own ingestion run with extraction, chunking and embedding as separate steps. A second workflow compares new contracts against the firm’s playbook and flags clauses that deviate.
Flagged clauses wait for an associate’s review, with the playbook rule and the surrounding text attached to the request.
What changed
The archive is fully indexed with a per-file record of what happened, and first-pass contract review dropped from a morning to under an hour.
